The Willow Tree Doula Mentorship Program is designed to support doulas at any stage of their journey to becoming confident, compassionate and skilled birth workers.

This program is designed to ensure you gain the skills necessary to be effective and competent for your families. We encourage all doulas interested in expanding their birth community, attaining more clients, and enriching their knowledge base to apply. ​

 

About

During the Mentorship Program, doulas will be provided with on-call support, practical tools, and multiple opportunities to develop their skills. Attendance at monthly Skills Trainings, frequent one-on-one sessions with your mentor, education to help you grow your business and knowledge base, access to our Lending Library, inclusion in our doula registry to connect you with clients, opportunities to shadow, and more are included in the program. ​

Cost and Commitment

​The cost of the Doula Mentorship Program is $120 per month for a minimum of a four month commitment. Doulas are encouraged to continue on a month-by-month basis following the initial commitment, depending on availability.
