PERSONAL TRAINER AND WOMEN'S FITNESS SPECIALIST

Carrie has worked as an acute care Physical Therapist Assistant for the past 11 years, with a special interest in pelvic floor health and rehabilitation, specifically directed towards building a stronger core.She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine who recently decided to focus her attention on pre/postnatal women.

After the birth of her 4th child she found there were many misconceptions about functional training for women at this stage of their lives.

She went on to obtain her Women's Fitness Specialization and looks forward to working with this underserved population to educate and empower them to have a strong, healthy experience surrounding the birth of their child and beyond.
